By drawing directly from the heating chamber, the vapor is delivered at a faster rate.

Iconic Volcano Convection Heating

Instead of heating your material directly on the hot surface of the chamber, the Volcano Hybrid uses Storz & Bickel’s elite convection heating system. Air is propelled through the vapor path by a 100-watt heater that extracts the essential flavors of your dry herb without combustion. Convection heating is much smoother than conduction as the risk of combustion is essentially zero. Precise Temperature Control

The Volcano Hybrid utilizes simple “+” and “-” buttons to help you dictate your ideal temperature. • Loading your ground flower in the chamber cap, and then screw on the cap
• Attach the tube kit
• Tap the heat button
• Adjust the temperature with the (+) and (-) buttons
• Pre-heat for 5 seconds
• Tap the air button
• Inhale from the tube's mouthpiece

You can expect to have longer draws using this method, but it will require more lung power. So depending on your style and experience level, you’ll either love using this method or not.

How To use The Hybrid Balloon

The balloon is similar to the tube system with a few differences. User’s love this method because you can easily control how much vapor you intake by opening the valve to allow the vapor to be inhaled. It also doesn't require lung power so you can enjoy your sessions without feeling rushed. To use the balloon start by:

• Tap the heat button
• Choose the temperature with the (+) and (-) buttons
• Preheat for 5 seconds
• Tap the air button
• Take the black mouthpiece off the balloon
• Connect the balloon to the filling chamber
• Turn the air off once the balloon is full
• Lift off the balloon via the orange piece
• Pop your mouthpiece immediately after

This method is great for beginners or anyone who wants a chill session.

The Storz & Bickel Hybrid App

You can control the Hybrid using the app which is a great addition. The app connects via BlueTooth between your phone/tablet and your Volcano Hybrid. If you have an Android device, you can download the app via the App Store and get firmware updates, create workflows, and personalize settings. If you don’t have an Android device, you can now use the browser-based app.
