State of the Art Technology

The G Pen Elite features custom temperatures and a brilliant new LED interface that shows the current temperature and battery life. It takes only 30 seconds to heat up, even with one of the largest chambers on the market. This fully ceramic chamber allows for 360% heating on all sides, which provides unparalleled flavor.

How it Works

Fully charge the device (minimum of 3 hours). Remove the mouthpiece by gripping both sides firmly in one hand and lifting one side upward. Fully load the chamber with your preferred ground material. Power on the device by pressing the front panel button 5 times (press 5 times again to turn off). Use the side buttons to select your preferred vaporization temperature. Hold the front panel button down for one second, release, and wait. Once the LED display indicates that your selected temperature has been reached, you can begin to draw from the vaporizer.

Maintenance

Use a small cleaning brush between every time you empty the device. This will help remove any residual debris from the chamber. For a deeper clean, cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol can be used. The chamber should be fully dried before subsequent use.

How do I use the G Pen Elite?

Charge the G Pen Elite- This could take anywhere from 1-2 hours. Load the G Pen Elite- Remove the G Pen Elite draw stem by applying pressure upward to either side of the draw stem. Load the chamber with moderately ground aromatic blends to the top of the ceramic portion (do not over fill the chamber) and snap the draw stem back on. Power up and Draw –To power unit on, press the power button 5 times quickly. The ‘G’ logo will illuminate to indicate the device is on. If the displayed temperature is acceptable, press the power button for one second to start heating. The temperature control on the side allows for adjustment in 1°F increments. This can be adjusted before or after heating begins. Once the display indicates the set temperature has been reached, the Elite is ready to use.

What is the best grind level for the G Pen Elite?

A consistent, medium-fine grind works the best in the G Pen Elite. Don’t load too loosely, or too densely, as this will interfere with vapor production. Using the included G Card will produce exactly the grind level you need.

How long does it take for the G Pen Elite to pre-heat?

Once powered up, it takes only 30 seconds to heat up.

What determines the vapor quality in the G Pen Elite?

Temperature settings on the G Pen Elite combined with grond level and oven denesity will dictate vapor production. If you are seeking thicker or thinner vapor, try a different temperature. Varying your draw rate can also affect the vapor thickness. Drawing faster will allow for thinner vapors, and drawing slower can allow for thicker vapors.

How is the temperature of the G Pen Elite adjusted?

There are two temperature control buttons on the side of the Elite.

Is the G Pen Elite compatible with liquids and/or concentrates?

No, the G Pen Elite is made for aromatic blends.

Will the G Pen Elite work with a 220v power supply?

The G Pen Elite vapor seems thin. What can I do to change that?

Try adjusting the temperature settings. Different blends require different temperatures to vaporize properly. Varying your draw rate can also affect the vapor thickness. Drawing faster will allow for thinner vapors, and drawing slower can allow for thicker vapors.

How long does it take to charge the G Pen Elite?

Roughly 1-2 hours, depending on how full the battery is, temperature, etc.

The G Pen Elite uses ceramic heating chamber with an embedded heating element.

Will the G Pen Elite over-heat my blends?

The highest temperature setting is below over-heating point for most aromatic blends. Check to ensure your blends fall within this range 200°F (93°C) to 428°F (220°C).

How full should the G Pen Elite's heating chamber be?

The heating chamber should be filled to the top, but please be careful not to overfill it as it can restrict airflow and obstruct optimal vaporization.

How often should I stir the blend in the Elite heating chamber?

Stir as needed. If you remove the draw stem and see that the area making contact with the material is darker than the middle, its time to stir.

Is there an auto-shutoff on the G Pen Elite?

Yes, 40 seconds after powering on if the heater isn’t engaged, and five minutes if the heater has been engaged, the G Pen Elite will automatically shut off.

Does the G Pen Elite use screens?

Yes.

Is it okay to leave the power to the G Pen Elite on all the time so it is always ready?

We recommend removing it from its charging cable as soon as it is fully charged.

How should I care for my G Pen Elite?

The draw stem will take the most buildup of debris. Use the included brush to keep the screen clear of any debris, this will otherwise block airflow and the G Pen Elite’s efficiency will be drastically lowered. Stubborn buildup can be removed with a soak in either warm soapy water, or isopropyl alcohol. Be sure to dray all parts before use. Never bring liquids near the G Pen Elite unit itself whether its plugged in or not. The inner chamber should be cleaned as needed with the included brush, and clean your screen as needed. Always make sure your draw stem and vaporizer are COMPLETELY dry before plugging it back in. Keep your vape clean! This will result in the best performance, and not cause any unnecessary stress on the machine. Like any high-tech equipment, you should handle your G Pen Elite with care. Make certain it is packaged well during transport. Do not attempt any internal or external repairs to your unit as doing so may cause fatal injury – or worse – void your warranty! How often do I need to clean the G Pen Elite's spare parts?

Us the included brush to clean the heating chamber, and make sure to NEVER scratch the interior walls of the heating chamber. The stir tool on the keychain should be used with extreme caution as it can scratch. This will create a problem area for buildup that will never get fully clean. Chenille sticks and soft cleaning tools only!

Yes. Do not soak, but use it in combination with a brush to clean any grinder buildup. Rinse with soapy water and allow to dry.
