Manufacturer's Warranty for Marley Natural Products

We want you to be satisfied with your MarleyNatural purchases. If that's not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for refund or exchange, provided:

• Product is in new condition with original packaging
• Product has not been used or altered
• Product is accompanied by the original invoice
• Product is returned within 30 days of delivery

Note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We recommend that you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip included with your shipment. Please contact VapeWorld for a copy of your purchase invoice.  Failure to include this form will result in prolonged processing of your return. Hold onto your shipping receipt until you have received your refund or exchange. This receipt is your proof of returning the merchandise.

We will take care of the rest for you! It could take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
